In the Shop Policy, returns, refunds, terms and conditions are covered.

We strive for excellence and customer satisfaction and we back that up with our return policy. We don’t always get it right and want to engage in a dialogue when that happens. Your trust is the most important thing for us.

We have a 30-day easy returns policy. If your purchase isn’t quite what you thought it would be, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we’ll happily exchange or refund the item.

To be eligible for refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

If the item you purchased happens to be faulty in any way, we will happily replace the product. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make the process as smooth as possible by assisting you personally in the procedure if required.

Under Australian Consumer Laws, if a product has a major fault/defect due to no fault of your own, we need to offer a full refund including any shipping cost.

Refunds may be store credit for the full amount, or refund through your method of payment.

It is your responsibility to get the product(s) back to us and the shipping cost will be worn by the customer unless we are at fault.

Please note prints are only refundable when the associated certificate of authenticity is also returned in original condition.

If the item was purchased with a gift certificate, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
